The Nutcracker – we are lucky due to our on going partnership with Royal Opera House in Covent Garden to be able to offer subsidised tickets to a matinee performance of The Nutcracker. The performance is a brilliant way to celebrate the festive season and we even have tickets in the front row for £20!

Perhaps you are a member of one of our groups or have a connection with the health centre. Do get in touch and we can help you secure a ticket (or more please do invite friends and family) for £15 – £20 for a special performance on Sunday 4th December.

Motherhood (Un)Speakable (Un)Spoken – Another day and another opportunity to attend a wonderful performance. Since September we have been hosting workshops for mothers of all ages and at all stages with artist and theatre practitioner Joanna Rosenfeld. Joanna has been working on the theme of motherhood for the last 5 years collecting stories of mother’s experience from far and wide. This FREE performance is taking place in the afternoon and evening to suit your schedule on Friday 11th November – so please do book your free place here for the 1pm performance or here for 7pm

Discover Songwriting – Teaming up with singer songwriter Ian Bennett we are able to offer a 6 week course for only £50. Ian will teach you about song structures, creating melody to portray your message and record your finished song. The course is open to all – you don’t need any experience as a musician or a songwriter. It will be a supportive environment and is all about fostering wellbeing through creativity.

Create with a ColourMichelle Kurth and Philippa Marshall who are currently artists in residence with us are hosting several workshops to encourage you to use colour to create 3d and 2d work. The workshops are about joy through and creativity so no need to be experience with any materials just come and have fun!
