A Dialogue with Colour

Dialogue with Colour

We are so pleased to host the work of Michelle Kurth and Philippa Marshall who have been our artists in residence for the last 3 months. The work produced is a mixture of painting, collage and weaving. Michelle has been weaving wonderful colourful pieces inspired by and directly related to Philippa’s paintings. Philippa has been working on painting a series of ceiling tiles which have now been installed in our ground floor corridors and are really brightening the spaces up.

The open evening on 2nd December was a great success with visitors taking part in group weaving activities.

The work will be on display until 27th January so please do come along and have a look.

The Nutcracker

What better way to kick of the festive season than with a trip to see The Nutcracker ballet at Royal Opera House. Due to our partnership with the opera house we were able to take 250 patients, staff and service users to watch the colourful show. Do keep your eye out for future such opportunities.
