Art Therapy – one to one sessions and group courses
The aim of the art therapy is to encourage people to engage with art materials and the art making process in order to help them express how they are feeling. This will enable them to cope better with anxiety, fear and trauma therefore encouraging a more positive outlook, increased sense of well-being and tackle issues such as anger, depression and low self-esteem.
